JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: World's largest manufacturer of water technology solutions based in Europe with services in 55 countries
Position: Vietnamese Accounts Payable Specialist
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000
Location: Pasig City
Schedule: Day shift (8:30 am – 5:30 pm) flexible
Work setup: Hybrid Work Set-up
Requirements:
🔸 Vietnamese National who can speak in English
🔸 With at least 1 year relevant experience in a finance/shared service/BPO services handling accounts payable/ PTP/STP process.
🔸 Knowledgeable in in SAP system/accounting system
🔸 Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
🔸 Responsible in processing PO and non-PO invoices in SAP
🔸 Responsible in reconciling the account balances
🔸 Prepared required monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
🔸 Monitoring critical vendor list on a monthly basis and ensures to book and pay on time - for instance, request missing invoices and follow-up until it is paid
🔸 Respond to voice inquiries from the vendors
