JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: An US-based customer service organization with top-notch global outsourced operations.
Position: Network Operation Center TIER 1
Company Industry: IT Company
Work Location: Olongapo City
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary : Php30,000 - Php40,000
Work Set up: On Site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🤝BSIT or degree any related course
🤝With CCNA is an advantage
🤝With atleast 2+ years of network support experience in routing, switching, or firewall
🤝With strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP stack, switches, firewalls and routers)
🤝Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
🤝Strong listening and communication skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
📢Managing and maintaining end client's networks.
📢Oversee complex network components and are responsible for network management.
📢Respond to all service interruptions or performance problems.
📢Track all trouble tickets to ensure closure of the problem in a timely manner.
📢Consults with the appropriate Carriers and IT teams to resolve problems.
