Position: Spanish Healthcare Support
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000 gross
Work Schedule: Graveyard (Monday-Friday start at 8pm or 9pm | Weekends Off)
Work Set-up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Filipino who can speak Spanish
➤ Proficient in both Spanish and English language
➤ Graduates of any 2-year course are welcome to apply
➤ Preferably with 1-2 years experience in BPO using Spanish Language
➤ Experience working with email, chat & voice support is a big advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Assisting patient inquiries regarding their schedule or rescheduling of appointments at the hospital
➤ Advice members on different payment options for health insurance coverage.
➤ Provide details on medical insurance policies to healthcare practitioners.
➤ Granting pre-authorizations for medical treatment, if covered
➤ Cancel membership plans basis of a request, seek guidance to complete this request from your line manager.
➤ Perform other related tasks if needed.
