Job Requirements:
◼Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields
◼With strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting techniques.
◼At least 2 years’ experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
◼At least 2 years’ experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios or Zabbix.
◼With at least 2 years’ experience in Linux

Job Responsibilities:
◼ Provide technical assistance for essential business systems, including investigating and resolving Linux-related issues.
◼Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve challenging technical issues while maintaining system stability and reliability.
◼Create and update technical documentation, such as standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.
◼Participate in incident and problem management processes to ensure prompt resolution of issues and minimize disruption to business operations.
◼Responsible for discovering and resolving problems in numerous components of essential business systems.
