Position: Fund Accounting Team Leader

Job Requirements:
💥Bachelors Degree in Accounting
💥At least 5 years of experience in accounting with a focus in private equity
💥At least 1-3 years supervisory experience.
💥Experience monitoring/coaching junior accountant.
💥Amendable to work in a hybrid setup.

Job Responsibilities:
💥Oversee maintenance, preparation, and review of investor allocations and capital account statements by deal by fund
💥Prepare/review deal by deal capital calls, allocations/distributions, allocate expenses, and prep investor capital notices.
💥Oversee and review the recording of monthly journal entries in Investran based on the capital activity
💥Prepare and maintain tax withholding and payments by investor, fund and legal entity
💥Prepare and maintain year-to-date and life-to-date capital activity
💥Prepare and maintain the General Partner commitment tracker by Fund
