Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Work Set Up: Work on site

Job Requirements:
💎 Bachelors Degree in BS Accountancy.
💎 At least 2 years of accounting and admin experience.
💎 Experience Taxation Law and latest BIR regulations and memorandums.
💎 Experience in ERP System.
💎 Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:
💎 Monitoring, posting and settlement of the clients’ payments and verifying that each payment has been issued with appropriate receipt/s
💎 Preparation of the list of Official Invoices/Billings and checking of the accuracy and completeness of the details
💎 Reconciliation of the Official Invoices/Billings with the system pro-forma invoices
💎 Monitoring of the Form 2307 made by and/or issued on behalf of the company
💎 Preparation of the information for the filing of quarterly VAT
💎 Preparation of the information and documents during BIR and FS audit [Receivables]
💎 Other tasks that may be assigned
