Schedule: Shifting (3 days onsite + 3 days off /week)

Salary: Php25,000 - Php45,000 Gross
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🌸Filipino fluent in Japanese and conversational in English
🌸JLPT N3 passer/level
🌸Must know how to read emails but only around level 3
🌸Graduate/undergraduate of any course
🌸With TSR/Helpdesk work experience is an advantage
🌸Preferably with experience/knowledgeable in computer
🌸Knows how to send email and make email in Japanese

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🌸Communicates with Internal customer
🌸Uses email template to be sent to clients
🌸Responsible to receive Email in Japanese language
🌸A manual will be used while working
🌸To document and translate in Japanese/English
🌸Supports the customers in their technical concerns
