Position: Danish IT System Specialist
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 85,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Proficient in Danish and English Language
➤ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
➤ Knowledgeable in Computer application
➤ Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
➤ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
➤ BPO experience is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Providing customer support regarding with Software and Hardware problems
➤ Resolves tickets representing staff-generated technical requests or problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues to maintain productivity
➤ Monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs, and configures hardware and software, and solves technical issues as they arise.
➤ Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them
➤ Tests compatibility of new programs with existing ones
