Position: Spanish Luxurious Jewelry Support

Work Location: Lapu-Lapu , Cebu City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000 gross
Work Schedule: Nightshift | Shifting
Work Set-up: Work onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤Open for Foreign National who have a permanent visa in the Philippines
➤Proficient in both Spanish and English
➤Preferably Bachelor's Degree Holder but undergrads are welcome to apply
➤Customer Service experience is a plus
➤Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Responsible for taking calls, email and chat and provide Spanish-speaking customers with excellent customer service
➤ Leverage your existing contacts, relationships, and network to drive business and generate consignment, while maintaining strong relationships with the clients
➤ Assist in maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized store environment, including restocking merchandise and keeping displays clean and tidy
➤ Assist customers in selecting and purchasing high-end luxury products
➤ Carefully review/process all items for intake to ensure they are cataloged and up to our very high-quality standards.
➤ Perform other related task
