The company is hiring for Korean technical Support to assist their Medical partners. This is a fortune 500 leading brand for healthcare.
Position: Korean Technical Support / helpdesk (Medical Devices)
Industry: Leading brand of medical devices
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Dept: Technical Support Department
Salary: P 120,000 (High Basic Salary)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days a week) 9am to 6pm - Dayshift
Work Setup: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🌟Korean national proficient in English language
🌟Degree holder or any course (Engineer, Science, medical or Technical)
🌟Having Has technical support background is an advantage
🌟Has worked in BPO set up
🌟Has customer service and technical support exposure is a huge advantage
🌟Willing to work onsite in Taguig
🌟Can start ASAP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🌟Guide the Korean users of the proper use of the device
🌟Assist the users on step by step guide to properly handle and maintain the device
🌟Assist medical representative with their concerns on a particular device
🌟Help Korean Medical Technician in trouble shooting the device
🌟Assist the Med tech on how to escalate the technical issues
🌟Answer inquiries of users via email, chat and calls
🌟Help customers on how to use the manual of the device
🌟Read and familiarize the manuals written in Korean language
