Position: Japanese Online Advertisement Advisor (Dayshift)
Company Industry: Advertising Company
Work Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php 122,000 Salary Monthly
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Monday - Friday)
Fixed Dayshift (8am to 5pm)
5 days week only

Requirements:
✔️ Can speak, read and write Japanese Language
✔️ Must be Filipino who speak Japanese
✔️ NO JLPT required (open to non JLPT passers)
✔️ Must be able to speak Conversational English
✔️ No work experience required but having Customer service is a huge advantage
✔️ With 6 months to 1 year (above) CSR experience in BPO Industry is an advantage
✔️ Sales, cross-selling, and up-selling experience desirable.
✔️ Willing to work onsite

Responsibilities:

✔️ Answer inquiries from Japanese Clients regarding rates for a specific advertisement
✔️ Recommend the best size based on the User’s need
✔️ Suggest tips on how to create better advertisement to Japanese users
·✔️ Help Japanese users create a good advertisement by giving some recommendations
✔️ Answer questions about payment terms, payment mode and billing information
✔️ Provide service based on the Japanese client’s budget and preferences
