Position: Japanese Strategic Customer Staff
Industry: Japanese IT Consulting Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 70,000 - 80,000
Schedule: Shifting (Dayshift/Midshift)
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
🎍 N2 Japanese Level or higher.
🎍 Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s / CollegeDegree, preferably in any office-related course.
🎍 Undergraduates with BPO experience are accepted.
🎍 At least one (1) year of work experience in customer support, customer services or other related work is preferred for this position.
🎍 Fresh graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities:
🎍 Answering inquiries from clients regarding their account status, transactions, trades, withdrawal and deposit etc. thru email and chat.
🎍 Informing other staff for the current campaign and how it works.
🎍 Endorsement to all department regarding tasks done and updates regarding daily work
🎍 Conduct proper investigation when the need arises (e.g. suspicious emails)
🎍 Locate and pinpoint possible errors on Platform, Kanrigamen, Website, etc, and report them immediately to team leader and/or superiors
🎍 Check emails regarding CC errors and respond through Thunderbird
🎍 Send proper emails regarding tasks specifically created by superiors/team leaders

🎍 Final Interview
