Position: Japanese Bilingual Corporate Sales & Operation Officer

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
📍Open to graduates of any 4-year Bachelor's degree.
📍Good command of both English and Nihongo
📍Open to JLPT N1/N2 N3 Passers.
📍Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to meet stakeholder needs.
📍Japanese who lives in the Phils is an advantage / Bilingual who is JLPT N1/N2
📍Professional skills with above average written and verbal communication both in Japanese and English
📍Confident enough to communicate with Japanese officials/ VIP in a company.
📍With 3- 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
📍Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Office 365
📍With good customer service skills and strong work ethics
📍Willing to report onsite ( BGC )

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
📍Create travel arrangements with organisation-authorised flight, vehicle, hotel, and ground transportation providers in the most cost-effective manner feasible.
📍Regular updates are made to all airline laws and regulations, as well as air rates and other industry requirements.
📍Responsible for hotel bookings and ensuring that all hotel arrangements and privileges are in place prior to the arrival of guests.
📍Always organise, update and share important information and utilise it for sales activities with team members.
📍With the guidance of a superior, make prompt and effective tour arrangements to meet customer requests.
📍Be aware of the progress of each task and always carry out tasks in a timely and scheduled manner.
