Position: Japanese IT Project Manager
Industry: IT Software Company
Location: Manila(Makati City)/ Cebu City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 130,000
Schedule: Day Shift
Work set-up: Hybrid set up (3 days)

Requirements:
🍁 Graduate of IT-related courses
🍁 Must have JLPT N2-N3 Certification
🍁 Comfortable with Nihongo translations over call and in person
🍁 Has Project Management experience on Critical project
🍁 Has experience working with Japanese counterpart/customer
🍁 Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects.
🍁 Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
🍁 Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Responsibilities:
🍁 Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
🍁 Develop a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
🍁 Identify and manage project risks and issues.
🍁 Establish project budgets and allocate resources.
🍁 Knowledgeable with Scrum Agile and Waterfall Methodology
🍁 Identify and engage project stakeholders.
🍁 Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders.
🍁 Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns
