Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s degree holder.
✨At least 1-2 years of working experience in recruitment function
✨Open for Fresh Graduates with internship in recruitment
✨Amenable to attend face to face interviews
✨Can start as soon as possible is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:
✨Find and attract candidates.
✨Create and implement hiring and recruiting strategies.
✨Arrange and take part in screening processes
✨Share the results of the applicant screening procedure and assist in placing job offers on the qualified candidates.
✨Provide incisive and meticulously documented hiring reports
✨Make use of the most efficient platforms, like social media, print media, and conferences
✨Schedule in-person interviews as needed.
✨Make sure our recruitment database has all the most recent records available.
✨Continue to supply the group with potential candidates for deployment.
✨Carry out any additional responsibilities that may occasionally be assigned.
