Position: German Client Success Associate

Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 85,000 gross
Work Schedule: Night Shift | Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
❍ Open for Foreign Nationals fluent in German
❍ Bachelor Degree holder of any course
❍ Customer Service experience is an advantage
❍ Knowledge in foreign exchange is a plus
❍ Can start as soon as possible
❍ Willing to work onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
❍ Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
❍ Monitor accounts receivable and Work In Process to identify collection trends for past due accounts
❍ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
❍ Contact clients regarding past due accounts until payment is received
❍ Other duties as assigned
