Qualifications:
✅ Korean National present in Philippines
✅ Permanent Visa Holders
✅ Filipino with business level proficiency in Korean
✅ Must have at least 3 years of BPO Experience as relevant to the role.
✅ At least 2 years in College
✅ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
✅ Proficient in using MS Office applications and excellent presentation skills.
✅ Amenable to work in Shifting schedule
✅ Can start working asap

Job Duties:
✅ Acting as a liaison between customer and IT groups
✅ Identifying and addressing operational, financial and technological risks within the business.
✅ Writes detailed business functional requirements documents.
✅ Maintaining, testing and improving business and systems operations.
✅ Performs other duties as assigned.
✅ Complies with all policies and standards.
