Position: Korean Airline Account Associate (FOR POOLING)
Industry: Travel and Tourism - Shared Services
Salary: Php 85,000
Location: Mandaluyong City
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
✅ Filipino fluent in both oral and written in Korean and English
✅ Open to Undergraduates and Degree Holders
✅ With at least 6 Months work experience working in related account (Travel and Hotel)
✅ Willing to work in Shifting schedule
✅ Can working start asap

Responsibilities:
✅ Provide assistance and resolve canceled and requested bookings
✅ Assist clients to alternate accommodation for canceled bookings
✅ Promote company services
✅ Coordinate with Supervisors and IT Dept for solving system errors
✅ Maintain company system to ensure to provide excellent customer service
