JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Korean National proficient in English preferably permanent visa in the Philippines
✅ Filipino National proficient in Korean Language
✅ Vocational/short course diploma holder of any field.
✅ With customer service background is required
✅ Has knowledge in social media platforms

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Answer inquiries from Koreans customers service request in social media platforms
✅ Manage the social networking sites including facebook, twitter and other similar platforms
✅ Handle customer concerns, questions and inquiries using these social media platforms
✅ Attend the customer’s request in a timely manner.
