Position: Japanese Project Management Support
Industry: Japanese Travel Agency
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 50,000 - 80,000 gross (Non - Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday Day Shift
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✔️ At least 1 year of experience working in a BPO or any Customer Service industry.
✔️ Bachelor's Degree in any Courses
✔️ Customer support at the call center of Japanese accounts
✔️ N3 or higher (also for those who can speak or higher even without a certificate)
✔️ At least conversational in English
✔️ Willing to Work in Makati City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️ Provides timely and professional customer advice via various channels.
✔️ Addresses and resolves customer concerns, complaints, and technical issues.
✔️ Documents customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the company's database.
✔️ Maintains quality assurance and control of BST projects.
✔️ Analyzes team operations and organizational structure.
✔️ Checks and reports client feedback and satisfaction.
✔️ Develops and maintains a filing system.
✔️ Manages the agenda, arranges meetings and appointments.
✔️ Assists in ad hoc jobs as needed.
