Position: Japanese Online Advertisement Advisor (Dayshift)
Company Industry: Advertising Company
Work Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php122,000 Monthly
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Monday - Friday)
Fixed Dayshift (8am to 5pm)
5 days week only

JOB REQUIREMENT:
🌺Filipino who are proficient in speaking, reading, and writing the Japanese language.
🌺No requirement for JLPT certification, those who have not passed the JLPT are welcome.
🌺Proficiency in English is necessary.
🌺While prior work experience is not mandatory, experience in customer service is highly beneficial.
🌺Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the BPO industry will have an advantage.
🌺Experience in sales, cross-selling, and up-selling is also desirable. Applicants must be willing to work onsite.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🌺Respond to inquiries from Japanese clients concerning pricing for a particular advertisement.
🌺Offer recommendations on the most suitable size according to the user's requirements.
🌺Provide advice on enhancing advertisements targeted at Japanese audiences.
🌺Assist Japanese users in developing effective advertisements by offering valuable suggestions.
🌺Address questions related to payment terms, methods, and billing details.
🌺Provide service based on the Japanese client’s budget and preferences.
