Position: Italian Collection Associate
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 85,000 gross
Work Schedule: Midshift (Might work during holidays)
Work Set-up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Open for Foreign National located in the Philippines
➤ Open for Filipino National who can speak, read, and write Italian
➤ Bachelor’s Degree holder
➤ Preferably with experience in BPO Industry or Accounting/Finance
➤ Experience using SAP tools is a big Advantage
➤ Willing to work onsite
➤ Amenable to work on shifting schedule

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Monitor accounts on a daily basis
➤ Ensures that all billings are received by clients in a timely and proper manner
➤ Analyze credit data and financial statements of individuals or firms to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money
➤ Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts – customer calls, accounts adjustments, small balance write off, customers reconciliations and processing credit.
➤ Help businesses manage cash flow and ensure timely payments
➤ Resolve customer credit issues
➤ Update account status records
