Position: Danish IT System Specialist
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 85,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Proficient in Danish and English Language
➤ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
➤ Knowledgeable in Computer application
➤ Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
➤ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
➤ BPO experience is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Assist Danish customers with their concerns about a specific account
➤ Serves as a technical expert for the development, implementation, management, and support of systems and networks
➤ Set up new users' accounts and profiles and resolve password issues
➤ Provide tech support services to organizations and individual users, typically addressing issues with both hardware and software systems
➤ Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems
➤ Installs, configures, upgrades, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains computers
➤ Perform other related tasks
