COMPANY PROFILE: A big global healthcare insurance account in the Philippines is hiring Cantonese-speaking Account Health Specialists. This is a very new account to help policy owners understand their benefits, advantages, list of requirements, coverage, especially the amount for sickness, and hospitalization, and how to process the claims. This is a PIONEER ACCOUNT for this contact center company.

Position: Cantonese Account Health Specialist (Pioneer Account)
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Pasay City
Work Schedule: Nightshift Schedule
Salary: Php 113,000 + Php 50,000 Sign-on Bonus
Work Set Up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Filipino who can speak, read, and write in Cantonese (conversational level)
✅Filipino who can speak English (conversational level)
✅College Undergraduates are welcome to apply
✅With at least 3-6 months customer service experience is a plus
✅No age limit and no gender preferences
✅Open to work in a Night Shift Schedule, 100% work on-site

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅Answer emails and calls from insured Cantonese speaker about their policy
✅Assist Cantonese patients on how much the coverage for hospitalization
✅Assist Cantonese patients with the requirements to get the amount of the policy
✅Give Cantonese customers their policy type and its benefits
✅Explain to Cantonese patients how to claim the amount of money
✅Discuss the qualification of the patient to be qualified for reimbursement of fees
✅Give the list to Cantonese the list of hospitals and clinics for check-ups
✅Benefits of family members for the insurance
✅Assist members with questions, inquiries, issues, and status related to their healthcare and benefits coverage.
✅Manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems.
✅Provide empathy and have the determination to deliver a comprehensive solution to these healthcare-related calls.
