Position: Korean Customer Team Leader
Industry: BPO (Technical Support Account)
Location: Cubao, Quezon City
Salary: P 90,000
Work Schedule: Dayshift, must be open for shifting schedule
Work Setup: Work from home
Qualifications:
💥Native Korean fluent in English with permanent visa
💥Open for Filipino National who is fluent in Korean language
💥2 years in college or graduate of any bachelor’s degree
💥With BPO TEAM LEAD experience is a must
💥With experience in Customer Service or Technical Support is an advantage
💥With experience in consumer electronics is a plus
💥Can start working ASAP
💥Flexible in shifting schedule
Job Duties:
💥 Conducts and provides customer service training to helpdesk representatives
💥Inform employees regarding the company’s policies and regulations Assist in preparing for training programs for the agents
💥Providing assistance to new recruits to provide technical support to clients
💥Maintain records and manuals for training updated
