Salary: P70,000 - P80,000
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Requirements:
🌟Native Korean fluent in English
🌟Filipino who can speak Korean language
🌟2 years in college or graduate of any bachelor’s degree
🌟With experience in Customer Service or Technical Support is an advantage
🌟With experience in consumer electronics is a plus
🌟Can start working ASAP
🌟Willing to work in shifting schedule
Responsibilities:
🌟Attend to inquiries and ensure that all concerns are properly addressed
🌟Determine and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
🌟 Make sure to provide excellent customer service and display professionalism
🌟Gather important information and provide accurate solution to the concerns
