Position: Logistic Assistant

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 4:30pm
Salary: Php 19,000
Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration
✨ With work experience in shipping business or logistic firm
✨ Amendable to attend face-to-face interview when requested
✨ Open for fresh graduate
✨ Amendable to work onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Manage and monitor orders and shipment status
✨ Responsible for wholesale trading and logistics transaction processing
✨ Responsible for checking bill of lading and other shipping documents and send to supplier and/or third-party logistics provider
✨ Update and upload the shipping documents in the online image filing system of clients
✨ Responsible for preparing shipping instructions based on customer’s requirements and letter of credit and send to supplier and/or third-party logistic provider
