Position: Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 35,000
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (Nigh shift)
Work set up: Hybrid

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree holder
✨ With at least 3 years of work experience in compensation, benefits and reporting role.
✨ Has a work experience in Payroll
✨ Can work in Hybrid Set Up
✨ Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ To oversee the benefit enrollments and terminations for the Philippines location, administering the company’s compensation program and creating monthly reports.
✨ To provide counsel, assistance on compensation and benefits related matters and will support all benefits enrollment activities and coordination
✨ Responsible for the generation of accurate relevant
✨ To make a timely reports for the Human Resources department.
✨ Other tasks may be assigned by immediate superior
