Position: Mandarin Executive Assistant
Industry: Investment Company
Schedule: Dayshift 9AM-6PM
Salary: Php 85,000 to Php 120,000
Location: Taguig City
Set-up: Onsite
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
☑️ Bachelor's Degree graduate of any course
☑️ Proficient in Mandarin and English.
☑️ Experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
☑️ Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and integrity.
☑️ Ability to handle unexpected changes, work under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
☑️ Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
☑️ Conduct information surveys, send correspondence, write letters or documents; Collect and analyse information to present to the management team.
☑️ Attend meetings with or on behalf of management, prepare and record meeting details for appropriate coordination and reporting to management. Track actions and key meeting points.
☑️ Manage systems for storing/maintaining/updating documents and provide administrative support such as daily management, invoice management and other correspondence.
☑️ Coordinating between internal staff and external parties/service providers if required.
☑️ Booking meeting rooms, coordinating schedules and taking notes during meetings, including distribution of minutes of the meeting.
☑️ Serves as the point of contact among executives, employees, and other partners for general communication with the Executive.
