Work Schedule: Dayshift (9:00 am - 6:00 pm)
Work Setup: Work Onsite

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
◉ Proficient in Mandarin and English
◉ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
◉ Ability to evaluate candidates based on behavioural and competency-based interviewing techniques.
◉ At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required.
◉ Strong knowledge of recruiting methods and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
◉ Conducts initial interview and prepares interview impressions
◉ Endorses shortlisted applicants for next level / final interview
◉ Handles end to end recruitment and timely fulfillment of the company's manpower needs based on qualifications
◉ Creating and posting job openings on various online job boards and the company's website.
◉ Maintain a steady and updated recruitment pipeline and coordinate with potential candidates to effectively generate leads through external resources
◉ Conduct new employee orientations and ensure comprehensive coverage of our employee handbook to effectively onboard new hires.
◉ Handle any additional tasks relevant to the role.
