Position: Korean Customer Fulfillment Analyst (For Pooling)
Industry: Shared Services
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 65,000 Monthly
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends off
Work setup: Onsite

Requirements:
✨Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related courses
✨Filipino who can speak Korean Language fluently
✨With related experience is an advantage but not required
✨Fresh Graduates are welcome to Apply
✨With good skills using Microsoft Excel
✨Strong Customer Service Skill

Responsibilities:
✨Work with the customer to schedule deliveries depending on stock levels and provide priority to certain locations (during reception hours)
✨ Proactive order management, including foreseeing and resolving problems with customer orders.
✨Managing customer inquiries and complaints
✨Works with the E-Commerce department
✨Creates and maintains customer service performance reporting system
