JOB RESPONSIVILITIES:
💥Provides prompt and efficient service to Sellers, including the appropriate escalation of Sellers' issues.
💥Interact with Sellers by phone and email with objectives of coaching and helping them with account-related topics.
💥Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation
💥Coordinate with other departments as required to resolve Seller's issues and questions.

💥Bachelor Degree in any courses; Also open for Undergraduates
💥Experience in similar BPO outfit or Shared Service setup
💥Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel or similar desktop applications.
💥Good Communications skills in Korean and English – Written & Verbal
