Position: Korean Service Desk Specialist / Korean IT Help desk Associate /Korean IT Help Desk Support
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Php 100,000 Monthly
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Weekends off)
Work Set Up: Work Onsite

Qualifications:
✨Korean National residing in Philippines
✨Excellent knowledge (oral and written) Korean language and Business English
✨With 6 months of experience in an IT Service Desk is a plus but not required
✨Can start working asap

Responsibilities:
✨Provide troubleshooting support to technical problems on a timely manner
✨Assist onsite and remote employees regarding desktop incidents
✨Follow specific processes and guidelines in solving technical issues
✨Provide genuine customer service to customers

✨Operations Interview with Team Leader Native Korean Speaker (all via MS Teams)
