This is a very new account to help policy owners to understand their benefits, advantages, list of requirements, coverage, especially the amount for sickness, and hospitalization, and how to process the claims. This is a PIONEER ACCOUNT for this contact center company.

Position: Cantonese Customer Support
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 113,000 + (Php 50,000 Sign-on Bonus)
Work Schedule: Nightshift (2 Days Off)
Work Setup: Work From Home

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
◉ Filipino who can speak, read, and write Cantonese (Conversational Level)
◉ Filipino who can speak English (Conversational Level)
◉ Open for Foreign National who have a permanent visa in the Philippines
◉ Open to Graduate and Undergraduate (2nd year college level as the minimum regardless of whether new (K12) or old curriculum).
◉ At least 3-6 months of working experience in a Customer Support
◉ Willing to work on a night shift schedule
◉ Willing to work onsite

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
◉ Answer emails and calls from insured Cantonese speaker about their policy
◉ Assist Cantonese patients on how much the coverage for hospitalization
◉ Assist Cantonese patients with the requirements to get the amount of the policy
◉ Give Cantonese customers their policy type and its benefits
◉ Explain to Cantonese patients how to claim the amount of money
◉ Discuss the qualification of the patient to be qualified for reimbursement of fees
◉ Give the list to the Cantonese list of hospitals and clinics for check-ups
◉ Explain the Benefits of family members for the insurance
