Position: Application Support Officer
Company Industry: Financial company
Work Location:  Ortigas pasig
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: Php40,000 gross

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist and provide production support for infrastructure.
• Perform all tests on production applications
• Analyze all business processes and ensure compliance to all controlled processes according to business requirement.
• Analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production processes.
• Prepare test applications and review all Java application servers.
• Perform routine application activity like batch process, reports generation, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience supporting web based application
• Knowledgeable in SQL
• Basic Knowledgeable in Linux Operating System
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and able to handle different types of user inquiries
