Requirements:
✨Korean National proficient in English
✨Bachelor degree or undergraduate are welcome to apply
✨Excellent knowledge oral and written in Business English
✨With experience in Customer Service is a advantage

Responsibilities:
✨Handling inbound and outbound calls from the customers or clients
✨Responsible in addressing and handling inquiries of clients or customer through phone calls or emails
✨Provide resolution to the concern and inquiries related to vehicle, service or product.
✨Build a strong customer service relationship
✨Provide quality services to the customer and clients.
