✅Korean National residing in Philippines

✅With 6 months of experience in an IT Service Desk is a plus but not required

Responsibilities:
✅Provide troubleshooting support to technical problems on a timely manner
✅Assist onsite and remote employees regarding desktop incidents
✅Follow specific processes and guidelines in solving technical issues
✅Provide genuine customer service to customers
