Work Set up: Work On-Site
Schedule: Shifting(9 hour every shift)

Communicating with existing and potential clients visa phone, email and social media
Handle complaints and concerns in professional manner
Handle inbound calls and outbound calls
Suggest products and services to clients based on their requests
Perform other related tasks assigned
