Position:Thai Customer Service Supervisor
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Metro Manila
Work Set up: Work On-Site
Schedule: Shifting(9 hour every shift)

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in business or sales course is advantage
Experience in Customer Service Team Lead or related field
Extensive knowledge in Customer Service Procedures
Can handle team and has strong leadership abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Roles and Responsibilities:
Trains new employees in the company's customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback
