Position: Korean Travel Account Associate

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🌟 Filipino who can speak, read and write Korean fluent in English
🌟At least high school graduate
🌟With customer experience is a plus but not required
🌟 Willing to work in Pasig City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🌟Assisting Korean customers with inquiries and concerns through phone, email and chat
🌟Make sure customer concerns are addressed properly and in a timely manner
🌟 Maintain customer records on system and make sure all information are recorded properly
🌟Ensure delivery of quality customer service
🌟Answer inquiries from Korean customers through non-voice account
🌟Attend to customers concerns through social media sites
🌟Provide excellent customer service for Airline Account
