Work Schedule: Flexible working schedule (12PM - 9PM or 1PM-10PM)
Salary: Negotiable depending on years of experience (Open Budget)
Work Set Up: Work onsite

JOB REQUIREMENT:
✨ Bachelors Degree holder
✨ With at least 5 years pf working experience in Recruitment
✨ With at least 2 years and above of experience in Supervisory or Managerial role level
✨ With experience in provincial hiring and/or volume/mass hiring.
✨ Can start working as soon as possible is an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Formulating and executing recruitment tactics.
✨ Working together to develop job descriptions and comprehend staffing needs with hiring managers.
✨ Monitoring and evaluating data to enhance the hiring procedure and reporting findings to upper management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
✨ Supporting efforts for inclusion and diversity within the company.
✨ Establish departmental SLAs and recruitment KPIs.
