JOB REQUIREMENT:
✨ Holder of a bachelor's degree
✨ Possessing a 5 years of professional experience in recruitment
✨ Possessing a 2 years of experience in managerial or supervisory roles
✨ Possessing prior expertise in volume/mass hiring and/or provincial hiring.
✨ One advantage is that one can begin working as soon as feasible.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
✨ Cooperating with recruiting managers to create job descriptions and identify staffing requirements.
✨ Tracking and analyzing data to improve the hiring process and informing higher management of results on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
✨ Encouragement of diversity and inclusivity inside the organization.
✨ Set recruitment KPIs and departmental SLAs.
