Requirements:
🔔 Bachelor’s degree.
🔔 with at least 3-4 years of experience in in Training.
🔔 With understanding in Sales background
🔔 Amenable to work in Quezon City
🔔 Willing to work in a BPO company.
Responsibilities:
🔔 Collaborate with Product Experts, Team Leads, & Pros to understand their business objectives and develop tailored strategies to reach SLAs.
🔔 Identify & Close gaps in knowledge in areas including ad creation, targeting, budget, and measurement.
🔔 Stay up to date with the latest Facebook advertising and marketing trends, best practices, and algorithm changes, and proactively share insights and recommendations with the team.
🔔 Assist Product Experts with knowledge management including huddle planning, AKN, and gathering insights & feedback for The Client
🔔 Develop coaching opportunities to drive adoption of optimal strategies on calls.
