Position: Recruitment Manager
Company Industry: IT Company
Work Location: Pasig City
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set Up: Work on Site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Human resources, Business administration, psychology or any related course.
✨ Has experience working in a BPO company
✨ At least 3-5 years work experience as Recruitment Supervisor role
✨ Amendable to work on site
✨ Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Creating and implementing recruitment strategies in order to attract top talent.
✨ Helping the team find applicants through variety of platforms, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
✨ Ensuring that employment rules and regulations are followed
✨ Working together to develop job descriptions and comprehend staffing needs with hiring managers.
✨ Managing the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.
