JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅Candidate must be a qualified attorney in at least 1 jurisdiction.
✅Proficiency in Mandarin and English Language
✅At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
✅Preferably 1-4 years of commercial contract/drafting experience.
✅Must be able to multitask, organize, plan, and prioritize work and activities, as well as monitor production, processes, and related materials.
✅Must be detail-oriented, able to quickly and accurately process and analyze information, and be able to make appropriate decisions and solve problems.
✅Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written with internal and external persons and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
✅Must be able to work in a team environment and be comfortable with peer review.
✅Must be able to effectively use computers and various software such as CLM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite of products.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Drafting:
✅Drafting and negotiation of various agreements and other duties as necessary.
✅Communicating with in-house counsel and other legal department stakeholders
Intake:
✅Review contract requests in detail for completeness and accuracy.
✅Communicate via email and/or telephone with legal and business stakeholders to gather required information.
✅Signature: Submitting contracts for e-signature according to defined policies and procedures
✅Reporting: Preparing ad hoc reports per request from business clients
✅Storage: Updating metadata in contract repository per request from business clients Process Support
✅Responding to process questions
✅Responding to questions about corporate contracting policy and requirements
✅Responding to questions about the status of the contracts in the process
