Position: French Customer Support Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤Proficient in French language both verbal and written
➤Open for Native French National with Permanent residence visa
➤Can Communicate in English (Conversation)
➤At least two years of college required or completion of a vocational course or any related.
➤At least 1 year experience in a BPO industry
➤With Customer Service or Sales background is an advantage
➤Open for Undergrad and Bachelor’s Degree holder
➤Knowledgeable in computer applications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤Provide assistance and information via phone, web, email, chat and social media regarding orders and request
➤Provided basic troubleshooting basic
➤Manage resolution to customers experiencing common technical issues
➤Make Interpretation when needed
➤Attend to final testing of the new surveys and data analysis
