Position: IT Operations Manager
Company Industry: BPO / IT Services
Work Location: Pasig
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 120,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Full-time
Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 24x7 support

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
👉 Manage 24x7 shift operations and staff supervision.
👉 Allocate tasks, manage workloads, and resources.
👉 Oversee day-to-day IT functions and escalations.
👉 Generate reports on uptime, SLAs, and tickets.
👉 Provide on-call support for system incidents.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
👉 8-12 years in BPO/IT/ITES management.
👉 Strong leadership and communication skills.
👉 Proven problem-solving and incident management experience.
👉 Availability for 24x7 on-call duties.
👉 Flexibility in handling escalations and processes.
