Work Schedule: Dayshift / Midshift
Salary: Php 40,000 – Php 60,000
Work Set Up: Work on site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelors Degree holder
✨ At least 3 years of HR experience
✨ With experience in HR retirement or HR benefits field is an advantage
✨ Willing to work on site
✨ Can start as soon as possible is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ In charge of assisting with the worldwide review and assessment of retirement schemes
✨ Assisting with certain plan administration, creating new program offerings that are pertinent to the needs of the workforce, and examining and evaluating acquisition-related retirement programs
✨ Will provide team structure, ideas, tracking, research, program management, and governance to the retirement team in order to support our strategic aims.
✨ Will exhibit a high degree of organization
✨ More tasks as given.
