JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bar Passed
✨ A minimum of 3 of experience as Lawyer specializing in Data, Security Privacy & Intellectual Property Law
✨ Willing to attend face to face once requested
✨ Willing to work on site
✨ Can start as soon as possible is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Collaborate with the technology company to assess software, technology, and service offering.
✨ Examine international software products and offer useful legal risk assessments, solutions for reducing risks, and client-facing language for those goods.
✨ Assist the business teams in assessing the technology that pertains to their operations. This involves going over inbound technology and data supply agreements and templates as well as outbound or client-facing templates from various industries, regions, and regulatory frameworks.
✨ Provide market teams, software development teams, technical teams, and the rest of the legal organization with clear communication messages, guidelines, templates, and trainings regarding the technology/data components of software and platforms and services for sales.
✨ Examine, write, and negotiate agreements for vendor technology transactions and alliances, and counsel internal procurement specialists on best practices.
✨ Accept assignments as directed by the Global Services Legal and Technology Legal Lead.
