Position: Korean Customer Service Associate (For Pooling)
Industry: BPO
Location: Mandaluyong City
Salary: P40,000-P60,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting (Sunday and Saturday off)

Requirements:
✨Filipino who can speak, read and write in both Korean and English language
✨At least high school graduate
✨With customer experience is a plus but not required
✨With good computer navigation
✨Willing to work in Mandaluyong

Responsibilities:
✨Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and providing accurate information about other products and services.
✨Maintains customer records by updating account information.
✨Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem and giving appropriate solutions.
